MicroRNA as a diagnostic marker in cutaneous T-cell lymphomas

BACKGROUND: In recent years, thanks to the development of methods molecular genetic analysis, microRNA has become one promising markers for diagnosis many human diseases.
 AIMS: study as a new method fungal mycosis.
 MATERIALS AND METHODS: The included 30 patients with histologically confirmed T-cell lymphomas skin, 25 were diagnosed mycosis, 5 ― Cesari syndrome. control group consisted 10 benign lymphoproliferative dermatoses. underwent determination 223, 16, 326, 663, 423, 711 in blood plasma. MicroRNA was also detected plasma skin at early and late stages.
 RESULTS: Statistically significant difference microRNAs revealed compared 663 stages. A statistically mycosis an stage dermatoses.
 CONCLUSION: can be used skin.
